Admonitions: After Gu Kaizhi
This artwork is a reimagination of Chinese painter Gu Kaizhi's The Admonitions of the Instructress to the Court Ladies made during Jin Dynasty (est. 300AD)
The current surviving copy is located in the British Museum, London.

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to cease work with a customer unless the below terms are honored.I reserve the right to accept or deny commissions, at my sole discretion, based on the content of their requests and, for example, subjects I believe to be traumatizing, disrespectful, morally reprehensible, or otherwise distasteful, which may include, for example:
- Explicit depiction of senseless violence
- Hateful imagery or symbolism directed at a real-world group of people
- Imagery to be used for acts of harm. (i.e. revenge or antagonizing another person)I will receive half of the payment (USD through Ko-Fi) when the commission’s specs are finalized, and the other half when the commission is completed.My artworks are for personal use only. The customer may not sell my work, use my work for commercial purposes, nor claim it as their own.I can use the commissioned artwork for portfolio purposes, but I will not sell it or otherwise use it for profit.If the customer wishes to post my artwork on social media or incorporate it into their profile (profile picture, banner, etc.), they must credit me clearly either in the post or in their profile.I am open to constructive criticism and suggestions on the direction of the piece, but should a customer blatantly insult myself, my work, or other customers, I will, at my sole discretion, cease to work with them with no further recourse.If I have received payment but later realize I am unable to complete the commission, the customer will be refunded in full.
